  The only reason I gave this 3 star is because lately when I get my coffee it's been just warm, one time it was cold. Today it was just warm and my medium refill was only 3/4 of the way full. I'm thinking it most likely was the end of the pot, which is indicating that the policy of a pot of coffee is dumped if not used within the 20 minutes and a fresh one made. This is the only reason for 3 stars.
